As Client Coordinator – Receptionist at Huizenga Law Firm, your role is to serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from start to finish. You’ll manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling, making sure that clients’ inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Additionally, you’ll assist in gathering necessary documentation for consultations, preparing client files, and maintaining a smooth flow of communication between clients and attorneys. You’ll also help guide clients through administrative processes, offering support while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to their unique legal needs.
The Probate Paralegal works directly with our attorney to manage and meet client expectations, prepare legal documents, and ensure probate cases are organized and processed efficiently. With a focus on empathy, you’ll guide grieving families through the probate process, assisting with document collection, legal filings, and court procedures.
In this role, will meet with clients in person to address their concerns, gather important information, draft probate forms, and prepare for hearings. You’ll also ensure all legal paperwork is filed accurately and on time. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases will help ensure a smooth process for our clients during a difficult time.
The Probate Legal Assistant at Huizenga Law Firm manages client communication, schedules appointments, and ensures all client files are organized and up to date for our probate and trust administration practice. As the primary point of contact for our probate and trust administration practice, you’ll need a great deal of empathy when dealing with clients.
You’ll prepare for meetings, help gather documents, and assist with any office tasks that come up. You’ll be the liaison with any banks or financial companies involved in the case, and you’ll support the attorneys by drafting probate forms, filing documents with the court, and ensuring all legal paperwork is processed accurately.
